"By offering My Face to My Eternal Father, nothing will be refused, and the conversion of many sinners
will be obtained."
---Our Lord
To Sr. Mary of St. Peter

To Sr. Mary of St. Peter, Discalced Carmelite Nun of Tours, France, in favor of those who honor His Holy Face.

1.  "Our Lord promised me that He would imprint His Divine likeness upon the souls of those who honor
the features of His Face."

2.  "By My Holy Face you will work wonders!"

3.  "By My Holy Face you will obtain the conversion of many sinners."

4.  "Nothing that you ask in virtue of the Holy Face will be refused you.  Oh, if only you knew how
pleasing is the sight of My Face to My Father."

5.  "Just as, in an earthly kingdom, money which is stamped with the picture of the sovereign or ruling
executive of the country procures whatever one desires to purchase, so, likewise, in the Kingdom of
Heaven, you shall obtain all that you desire by offering the coin of My precious humanity, which is My
adorable Face."

6.  "Our Lord assured me that all persons who would apply themselves to this Work of Reparation to His
Holy Face would perform the same service in His behalf as that which the saintly Veronica had

7.  "I will give you My adorable Face, and each time that you present it to My Father, My mouth will be
open to plead your cause."

8.  "In proportion to the care you take in making reparation to My Face, disfigured by blasphemies, I will
take care of yours, disfigured by sin.  I will imprint My image on it and render it as beautiful as when it
was washed in the waters of Baptism."

9.  "Then Our Lord promised me that all who defended His cause in the Work of Reparation, whether by
their words, their prayers or by their writing, He would Himself defend before His Eternal Father, and
that He would give them His Kingdom.  Then it seemed to me that Our Lord urged me to extend this
promise in His Name to His priests, who through a crusade of preaching would advance the cause of
"As for His spouses who would strive to honor and wipe His Holy Face in a spirit of atoning for
blasphemies, Our Lord promised that at their death He would purify the face of their souls by effacing the
stains of sin, and that He would restore to them their original beauty."

An Act of Praise and Reparation
Dictated by Our Lord to Sr. Mary of St. Peter

Opening His Heart to her, our Saviour complained of blasphemy, saying that this sin wounds His Divine Heart more
grievously than all other sins, since it is like a "poisoned arrow."  He also told her that the two sins which offend Him
the most grievously are blasphemy and the profanation of Sunday.

May the most holy, most sacred, most adorable, most incomprehensible and ineffable Name of God be
forever praised, blessed, loved, adored and glorified in Heaven, on earth, and under the earth, by all the
creatures of God, and by the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ, in the Most Holy Sacrament of the
Altar.  Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, in presenting ourselves before Thine adorable Face to ask of Thee the graces of
which we stand most in need, we beseech Thee, above all, to grant us that interior disposition of never
refusing at any time to do what Thou requirest of us by Thy holy commandments and divine inspirations.

O good Jesus, who hast said, "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be
opened to you," grant us, O Lord, that faith which obtains all, or supply in us what may be deficient: grant
us, by the pure effect of Thy charity, and for Thine eternal glory, the graces which we need and which we
look for from Thine infinite mercy.  Amen.

Be Merciful to us, O my God, and reject not our prayers, when amid our afflictions, we call upon Thy
Holy Name and seek with love and confidence Thine adorable Face.  Amen.

O Almighty and Eternal God, look upon the Face of Thy Son Jesus.  We present It to Thee with
confidence, to implore Thy pardon.  The All-Merciful Advocate opens His mouth to plead our cause:
hearken to His cries, behold His tears, O God, and through His infinite merits hearken to Him when He
intercedes for us poor miserable sinners.  Amen.

Adorable Face of my Jesus, my only love, my light and my life, grant that I may know, love and serve
Thee alone, that I may live with Thee, of Thee, by Thee and for Thee.  Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the adorable Face of Thy Beloved Son for the honor and glory of Thy Name,
for the conversion of sinners and for the salvation of the dying.  Amen.

O Divine Jesus, through Thy Face and Name, save us.  Our hope is in the virtue of Thy Holy Name!

On  November 5, 1845, Our Lord revealed to Sr. Mary of St. Peter, that the image of His Holy Face is like a stamp that
imprints the Image of God upon our souls.
